On Thursday 22 October, the Mayor of Petersfield Councillor Jamie Matthews, bought the first poppy to launch the Royal British Legion's annual appeal, the funds raised for which support veterans and their families who may be in need.

We hear from local RBL Chairman James Deane, Poppy Appeal organiser Daz, and the Reverend Will Hughes.

The Remembrance Service takes place on Sunday 8 November at 10:15am in the Square.
