Staff at Petersfield Museum and Art Gallery report a busy festival weekend.

Maya Bakhshov from the museum says the most popular attractions included minibricks and mischief making for under-5s in its air-conditioned premises.

The museum also organised an outdoor exhibition of historic photographs located at the places from which they were taken.

Local news for Tuesday 26th May

At Monday's Spring Festival, Grace Davis from Liphook visited the event for the first time, spoke to local author Tess Burrows and gave her thoughts to Mark Simpson. They also met a Ukrainian Choir, who performed in the square, as a preview of an evening of Ukrainian music and culture, called The Courage of Two Colours, at Fareham Live in mid June.
