Councillor Chris Paige, Petersfield’s Town Mayor, gives Shine Radio his report for his work of the last month.

Chris speaks about his Mayor’s Awards - a real revelation he says - to be handed out at the Public Town Meeting on Tuesday 3 March.
He says they are discussing with Councils possible transfers of assets that may come out of Local Government Reorganisation (LGR), and also the beginning of a management plan for Goodyer Meadows.
He praises the decision not to postpone the local elections, though he says his own ambitions are five to ten years away!
He speaks of his own family life and his full time job working in IT in the NHS and enjoyed attending the Panto with his daughter
He also dangles a trailer for his final meeting , “May the 4th be with you” being his clue. And he had his portrait done by local artists Sheryl Pape.
