Julie Butler is joined once again this month with Lynn Osborne, an Independent Care Advisor, along with Duncan Cameron and Nickki Haggar from Right at Home.

This month they share practical advice around mental capacity and what options are out there for everyone. There is plenty to say on how to find the best next steps following on from the first episode.

The second part of the programme is to put the spotlight on suicide and to bring that and mental health to the forefront of our minds. Julie starts her journey with Gavin Thomas, a local Petersfield man following him through to his completion of the Baton of Hope Walk in Portsmouth last September.
