Easter is the defining event of Christianity and on Good Friday between noon and 3pm people will gather in St Peters in remembrance and as a preparation for Easter Sunday.
The first service on Easter Sunday is at 6am, where a bonfire is lit to light the candle carried into the church; with another service at 9:30am
Reverend Will Hughes speaks to Mike Waddington about what Easter means and all parts of it's season - up to 50 days up to Pentecost, with all its colours and rituals.
The Easter message says the Rev Hughes it's all about hope.
