Amanda Whiteland-Smith from Citizens Advice talks about the summer holidays and highlights one of the most important things to have in place before you head off on your holiday.

We also hear from the volunteers at Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance, who joined us at the Churcher's Community Fair. One volunteer, in particular, has an extraordinary story to share.
