Dr Kershaw spoke about the NHS services and help now offered online, and says people shouldn't be afraid of using phones, tablets or laptops.

What's more. they have appointments for people to be shown how to use them on your own device and these can be booked for 1, 8,15 and 22 October - just phone the surgery and bring your device on the day.
