The village of Sheet turned out strongly for its annual duck race.

The event is unique in that the ducks swim a course along a street, not down a river.

Around 500 ducks took part and the event raised hundreds of pounds for local children's charity,  the Stepping Stones nursery.

Sheet chases hundreds of rubber ducks through the village

The rugby season fixture list couldn't have been planned any better than to leave 5th placed Tottonians facing in their last match 6th placed Petersfield. For the winner, a place in the promotion play-offs and for the loser, an early look at summer holiday brochures! https://www.petersfieldrfc.club/ . In football, Petersfield the men's rams side continue to learn at an exponential rate what it takes to survive in this league. For Liphook football, both men's and women's sides are in action but their seasons couldn't have been more different. Liss Athletic continue their search for points and with the league being as tight as it is, a good run could see them in the top third at the end of the season.
