Hundreds of people packed the Town Square for the Remembrance Service on Sunday 9 November.
The poppies in the Church provided a spectacular backdrop for the service and the Rev Will Hughes speaks about their significance Including a delivery from New Zealand) and how different fighting for things you love is, rather than against things you hate.
Mike Waddington reports from the Town Square and service at the War Memorial.
We hear from currently serving Captain John Hutton, Cllr Chris Paige and the Rev Will Hughes, Herne Juniors and those who came along to remember.
