Lou Bushell needed some assistance after her mother had a stroke and came home from hospital so she contacted Local Treasures.

She found the experience and service so good, she went to work there herself and went on to buy the local franchise to offer services and companionship, particularly for vulnerable people.

Trust is at the centre of the service so all traders supplied are fully vetted and insured. This includes companions who can help with household tasks, respite for carers, local transport or just company.
