David Higgins from Liphook was one of three men who rescued a crash victim from a burning car. He was commended by the Chief Constable in Reading for his bravery.
The three men freed a driver of a car that crashed on the Portsmouth Road railway bridge just over a year ago, when others refused to help. Sadly, the man died at the scene.
David tells us how the event of the day unfolded.
