It was balloons, nibbles and cooking at Signature Kitchen's event on Thursday 17 September.

Paul Beasley, the owner, and son Keiron Turner - the designer - speak to Mike Waddington about the event and the business; Signature Kitchens has been on the High Street for 14 years and Paul has worked in the industry for 35.

It was a trip down memory line for our reporter and talk of technological change was demonstrated by Ally, a Home Economist, who took customers through Air Fryers,  now in ovens, and programmes that make cooking a lot easier,.by calculating times and temperatures for you at the push of a button!

The High Street is important to Petersfield and this event expressed, despite tough times, confidence in the future..
