On Saturday 31 October, Joe Tully launches his Christmas appeal for gifts for children.

He is supporting the Salvation Army, the Kings Arms and Home Start Butser.

This is his13th year of doing so.

Joe, now doing his 'A' levels in Liphook, speaks to Mike Waddington about what, where and why it is needed.

There's also a Giving Tree at drop off points, where you can donate for a specific child.

The appeal runs until 19 December.
