One Petersfield company holds a place in motorsport history.

Lanzante Motorsport won the Le Man 24 hour race with a McLaren F1 in 1995.

Today, the Lanzante business also services and restores classic cars from its base in Sheet where Dean Lanzante has just opened the company’s new showroom and workshop.

In this audio report, Petersfield Community Radio reporter and Chartered Architect Alan Cosh takes a look inside.

While neighbours of Lanzante are invited to see the finished building, Alan asks them about their knowledge of what Lanzante does, and what it’s like to live next door.

Alan also meets people who work with Dean Lanzante and another architect who also admires the building.
