Healthwatch is a statutory body that provides patients’ views of services.
They were contacted by people in wheelchairs with learning disabilities about services provided to them at home.
Healthwatch contacted the service providers and found they wanted opinion so Healthwatch have now produced a self help guide on how to collect feedback and opinions.
Siobhan McCurrach, Healthwatch's Hampshire Area Director, spoke to Mike Waddington (also a member of Healthwatch) about why this is important.
