Siobhain McCurrach is the Area Director for Healthwatch in Hampshire and Portsmouth. 

On Tuesday 10 December they held their Advisory Board meeting to hear about urgent and emergency care, especially the 111 System.

Siobhain speaks to Mike Waddington about being the independent voice for patients and how they make the patient voice heard.

Siobhan also talks about their planned visit to the new Q+A Emergency Department to feel that patient experience at a very busy time.
