In football, Petersfield the Rams men's side have to play an incredible 3 games in the space of 4 days. Still awaiting their first league points under new coach Rich Bessey, we report on their games with  Hythe, Downton and Bournemouth. https://www.petersfieldtownfc.co.uk/ . Finally Liss Athletic put on a home game as they come back from the road. Looking for some winning form, they take on the side immediately above them in the table...Moneyfields. https://www.pitchero.com/clubs/lissathletic . After a brilliant week for the men's and women's hockey sides last week, Petersfield look to build on good form. https://www.petersfieldhockeyclub.com/ . The Haslemere table tennis league looks tense and title-chasing Petersfield A team keep building pressure on College Hill. In the Sportlight 16th March

More than one hundred exhibitors put on a show of the future for students at Churcher's College.

The event was an opportunity to explore careers, university life, volunteering and gap year options.

Guest speakers included Dr Daniel Stewart who turned his education in chemistry into an innovative business venture.

You'll also hear Rich from Google, Alice from George Ide solicitors, Kirsty Verney from Churcher's College, Samantha from the Royal Navy, photographer Hester, Larissa of the King's Arms, Ed of Petersfield-based nanobrewery Algebrew, Rachel from NATS

Students from several year groups at the Petersfield senior school were invited - you'll hear Lucinda, Torquil, Holly, Amelie, Edie and Clemie - and some from the Liphook junior school came along too.

Shine Radio's Stephen Martin and Jo Gray were there to capture a flavour of the evening, meet the participants and find out what some of the students got out of it.

Local students get a taste of the future

2026 is the 90th anniversary of the spitfire and Langrish House has been awarded a blue plaque to commemorate their role in its manufacture.  Not only that but it was also a base for a secret defence force in case of invasion.  Alan Matlock spoke to Phill Humphries about the fascinating secret stories of Langrish House.
