Paul would go to the gym, but he admits he would cruise along at times.

After being suddenly rushed to intensive care with sepsis, and coming out of an induced coma after a long three month battle, he decided things needed to change.

Jez had been riding motorbikes all his life for over 40 years with no problem at all. He had a freak accident on a bicycle and had to be air lifted to hospital, and is presently in a wheelchair.

Small changes to help build his functional skills is beginning to make a difference to his life.

He says his ambition is to get back and be able to ride his motorbikes again.
