Eating Disorders are a cruel illness and Mel Flint, whose daughter suffers from Anorexia, runs a monthly group for carers of loved ones with these conditions, to offer carers a 'pause'.
She talks to Mike Waddington about the illness, the importance of carers 'pausing' so they are able to look after their loved ones. Having the illness in the family for the last 17 years means she speaks from a great deal of experience.
She also speaks about giving back.
