It was 5 years today that Petersfield, like the rest of the UK, woke-up to the first day of lockdown to help prevent Covid deaths.

On that first morning with little else to do Shine Radio recorded the dawn chorus in Petersfield.

With a bright spring day unblighted by traffic or aeroplane noise t's a sound that's unlikely to be heard in our town again.

Enjoy the pure sound of a local dawn chorus from a time none of us is likely to forget.
