I’ve been wondering what is being done to increase the land supply and help to make housing more affordable in Perth, while at the same time pondering how it will affect established suburbs and prices.

Today, I cover what’s coming for Perth’s housing market and why more supply won’t kill quality property. Even with major land releases, well-located homes with land, lifestyle, and amenities will always win. The real risk is owning stock with no edge when new estates arrive.

I look at what is coming North, South and South East of Perth and the likely timeframes and impacts.
