Perth Property Market Update: Fear is everywhere in the Perth property market right now. Prices have dropped fast, rates keep rising, and it seems that investors have all but vanished.

If you own, rent, sell, or want to buy in Perth, this update shows where things really stand, and where the opportunity is hiding.

In this October quarterly update, I share Warren Buffett’s famous rule: be greedy when others are fearful.

You’ll hear why the best buys I’ve ever made came in times like this, and how to use your timeframe to cut through the noise.

We also cover the Perth rental market. It’s now the tightest in the country, with just 2,037 rentals and a 0.6% vacancy rate. You’ll hear why rents are stalling anyway.

For sellers, I cover when it still makes sense to sell, and why you need a strong strategy now.

I also cover:

✅The true impact of budget changes to negative gearing and capital gains tax
✅The one bank forecast for Perth I agree with most, and why it’s not the most upbeat
✅How far Perth prices have really dropped in the last three months (versus Sydney and Brisbane)
✅What city may be the better medium-term bet, yet most of my clients still choose Perth
✅Why inflation is heading the wrong way again…and the iron ore number I’m keeping an eye on
✅Which Perth price points I expect to grow next year, and which ones I expect to fall

Whether you’re a property investor, first home buyer, upgrader or seller, hit play now, and find out where the real opportunity sits in Perth property.
