In part two of this Property Investory interview with Tyrone Shum, I talk more about 

my property investing journey since I took the leap of faith to leave my engineering job.

It’s been a steep learning curve and I now prioritize buying quality over quantity, wishing that I had done this much earlier on. 

I’ve had many challenges but it helped that I surrounded myself with people who were seasoned investors. I was always hungry to learn more through listening to audiobooks and just continually getting ideas from mentors and people who have found success in this field.
