If you've ever thought about it in recent years, we are still in a seller's market so it could make sense to sell, especially when you weigh up opportunity costs for different life stages and whether or not the property is going to help you achieve your goals… Or it may not. 

I’ve also got a warning for every investor that is renewing their tenants lease.
