Today we've got Simon Pressley from Propertyology on the show to give us some of his national perspective on what he sees as an inevitable property boom ahead, that will end up solving the current rental crisis.

Simon is a property market analyst and award-winning buyer's agent based out of Brisbane so I wanted to get him on so he can take us through what he's seeing from first hand experience with his clients and from all of his research why he believes this to be the case. 

Unfortunately there looks to be a lot more pain for tenants until we get to the tipping point where governments will start seeing property investors as the solution to providing more rental accommodation.
