Today, I'm going into the buying and negotiation strategies to compete in our red-hot market. And the reason I thought I'd cover this is that every month we're hearing from investors who are coming to use us for our buyer's agency service because they're fed up and frustrated with how difficult it is to compete in this market.
It's very typical when you go out to inspections to have 20 to 30 buyers that you're up against. And as a selling agent, I also see that buyers very rarely ask the right questions or really know much about the buying process at all.
I'm certainly not going to volunteer it when I'm selling a property. And on the buying side, we know all the right things to ask to be winning the property and securing it when there's a lot of other buyers that we're up against.
