Consumer Protection is investigating Viagogo for their continual breaching of WA's anti-scalping laws as people are re-selling their tickets well above the 10% cap.
Trish Blake, Executive Director from Consumer Protection told Oliver Peterson on Perth Live that their previous warnings to Viagogo have not stopped the issue.
"We are incredibly frustrated. We've had multiple communications with them about the laws, they've told us they know the law and yet we continue to see the sale of tickets that breach these laws on their platform," Ms Blake told Oly.
"The problem is you as a consumer buying these unlawful tickets means you may be denied entry to that event."
