"There's a lot more to it for the nurses and midwives out there than just the money... They want to go to work and know they've got a regulated workload, and they're not stressed and fearful about not only their registration, but their patients lives."

Janet Reah told Oly Peterson that if this was included, 75 per cent would accept the proposed pay increase.
