The PM confirmed he has taken plenty of mobile calls on Canberra streets but not in the same position as former deputy prime minister Barnaby Joyce, who was filmed taking a phone call whilst lying down on the sidewalk this week. 

Witnesses reported that the former Nationals leader had a few colourful words to say after claiming he fell off a planter box.
