A colonial inquest has revealed the death of Aishwarya Aswath could have potentially lived if she received urgent treatment when she was taken to the emergency department at Perth Children’s Hospital in 2021.

The Australian Medical Association believe the State Government has no choice but to accept the inquest's recommendation.
