Yesterday Perth Live received a Word on the Street Anglicare Western Australia will be closing all its op shops across Perth at the end of this financial year.

This has been confirmed by the organisation and after 40 years of service, the shops will close due to financial pressures.

Anglicare WA CEO Mark Glasson told Oliver Peterson on Perth Live the "digital economy" has put a lot of pressure on the organisation.
