How would you feel if you were offered 10 million dollars? What if it meant you wouldn’t wake up tomorrow? You’d probably pass. Another day of life is more valuable than 10 million dollars. So what are you going to do with this priceless day?

Perry bragged about himself yesterday. He wanted to impress Ben. He finds it so easy to boast in himself. But he’s learning is to boast in the only one who’s worthy—King Jesus. When we boast in him we begin feel the pleasure of why we’ve been created!

God’s love for us is always a reality but sometimes we need to be reminded of its truth. Shawna shares how an unexpected text that reminded her of another truth completely changed her outlook for the day.

In the journey with Jesus, he leads us into humility. He reveals to us, more and more, a deep awareness of our sin. You see this in Paul who went from “I’m faultless before God,” to, “I’m the greatest sinner who ever lived.” How do we handle this descent without becoming devastated?

Last, when Perry struggled with sin as a teenager, he was afraid to come to God with his mess. The only thing he could say was, “Lord help me with my problem.” Why do we run from God and not to him?
