Lesley Salem is the Founder of Over The Bloody Moon (OTBM), an award-winning menopause consultancy in the UK. She set up the company after her difficult entrance into perimenopause, made worse by a lack of education. This experience resulted in her leaving her job, but there is a silver lining because it pathed the way for a new career.

Lesley is a certified integrated menopause health coach, podcast hostess of The Change Makers, and a well-respected women’s health advocate who is regularly invited to comment on menopause news and events.

OTBM also delivers exception learning experiences such as legacy events, accredited training, engaging learning resources, and other support services including menopause coaching, Menopause Masterclasses and Happy Hours, to help people thrive in the workplace.

She created the MenoVest™, a garment that simulates a few of the most disruptive menopause symptoms such as hot flashes and brain fog. Lesley designed the MenoVest™ to encourage intersectional conversation, engagement, and allyship around menopause. 

Lesley even appeared on The Drew Barrymore Show and showcased the MenoVest™. What a super star!
