Phone Calls, Paul Zeise on remote car starters, and Todd Bowles

View descriptionShare

(Hour 2 with Colin Dunlap)

We open the phone lines again to listeners about the Steelers and Mike Tomlin. Callers go over the various reasons why Tomlin still has a job and why he should not have a job. A caller says it does not bother him that Kenny Pickett did not partake in the end of year media availability while another brings up Matt Canada much to Colin's insistence to move on from Canada.

Colin had a conversation with Paul Zeise about remote starters being a great invention. Zeise disagreed with him, saying he believes his car could catch on fire. He also thinks someone could just steal the car, even though cars need keys in them to drive. A caller points out that some dealerships are now charging a subscription fee for the remote starters with mobile apps. The same caller compares Mike Tomlin to Marvin Lewis, who just could not win a playoff game. Colin then talks about the report that Colts' owner Jim Irsay was hospitalized and found unresponsive back in December.

A reporter in Tampa Bay asked Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles how they will play through the weather in Detroit. However the Lions play in a dome. Colin comes to defend the reporter who asked the question. The Buccaneers do not have as many reporters.
