Why does the Fed say they need .05% for a reverse repo?  Before The fed can stop raising rates they need to stop buying bonds. How many banks rule the world? Remember you are an unsecured depositor when you leave your money in the bank. 
Is there enough FDIC insurance?  If the bank goes under how quickly do you think you will be taken care of?
