We have as our guest today, Shayamal Vallabhjee, Sports Scientist, Performance Psychologist, Biohacker and Monk. In this episode, we discuss the Bhagavad Gita. Shayamal lived in a temple for four years and studied the scriptures and shares the essence of the book with us today.
