Giants pregame host Marty Lurie joins Papa & Silver to share his experience thus far meeting the new faces within the Giants organization as they continue along with Cactus League play. From center fielder to Harrison Bader to pitcher Hayden Birdsong, this group has a lot of names to watch, though none perhaps more noteworthy than first year manager Tony Vitello.

Papa previously hosted his own show on KNBR from 2001-2003. Papa will host the weekday 10am-2pm time slot alongside Greg Silver. Upon joining the 49ers earlier this year, Papa became the first Bay Area broadcaster to have a role with five of the region’s major professional teams. He previously served as the voice of the Warriors (TV & radio – 1986-97), Giants (TV & radio – 2004-08), Oakland A’s (TV – 1990-2003) and Oakland Raiders (radio – 1997-2017). Papa currently hosts NBC Sports Bay Area’s San Francisco Giants and Golden State Warriors Pregame Live and Postgame Live shows.
