1）The Projector停业，新加坡电影院撑不下去？

新加坡独立电影院The Projector本周突然宣布停业。这家以独立电影为主的影院，不仅是观影场所，更是文艺社群聚集的中心。The Projector累计债务达120万新元，停业引发业界惋惜。新加坡导演陈哲艺感慨地说：“仿佛最后一块绿洲也消失了。” 近年来，多家影院如国泰影城与丰和影院也相继缩减规模或退出市场。分析指出，高租金、高人力成本以及串流平台的崛起是冲击传统影院的主要原因；疫情期间居家观影习惯更进一步削弱了影院的吸引力。

2）新加坡北部不再ulu?

新加坡总理黄循财在国庆群众大会上宣布，北部地区将迎来大规模发展计划，彻底改变“ulu”（马来文，意指偏远）的形象。兀兰将扩建关卡至五倍大，并开通新柔地铁，周边新增工业空间和约4000个组屋单位；克兰芝赛马场旧址将改造成生态住宅区，提供1万4000个新住宅单位；三巴旺则保留海事特色，发展海滨住宅与社区空间。政府希望通过开发北部加强与马来西亚的经济联系，增加就业机会，并利用北部的土地潜力。北部地区的居民喜忧参半。一方面，他们期待市镇注入新活力；另一方面，又担忧发展可能导致社区拥挤、交通堵塞及房价上涨。

3）扫QR码领骨灰，太没人情味？

新加坡万礼北火化场引入自助储物柜系统，家属可通过扫描QR码领取亲人骨灰。新系统引发两极化反应，支持者认为数码化提升效率；反对者则觉得，在送别亲人的最后环节使用自动化设备显得冷漠。尤其对年长者而言，操作可能增加心理负担。面对人口老龄化带来的服务需求增长，如何在科技效率与情感需求之间取得平衡，并提供家属选择权，成为重要考量。
