1）咖啡店厕所卫生，用纳税人的钱合理吗？

新加坡政府拨款1000万元资助咖啡店改善厕所卫生，引发热议。部分公众觉得政府津贴合情合理，因为咖啡店厕所供公众使用。不过，也有人认为，厕所的卫生应该由私人咖啡店业者自己负责，而不是动用纳税人金钱。本地“厕所先生”、世界厕所组织创办人沈锐华认为，咖啡店厕所不能视为公厕，若要补贴，购物中心、加油站等的厕所也有很多公众使用，那它们是否也应该得到类似津贴？

2）诈骗犯是否应该受鞭刑？

针对日益猖獗的诈骗案，议员陈有明医生（裕廊集选区）建议对罪行严重的诈骗犯施以鞭刑。这个建议引发热议，支持者认为可阻吓犯罪，反对者则觉得刑罚过重，对跨国犯罪者难以执行。内政部兼社会及家庭发展部政务部长孙雪玲回应时指出，鉴于一些诈骗罪行对受害者造成严重损害，内政部下来将考虑对一些涉及诈骗的罪行纳入鞭刑作为刑罚。 

3）躺平还能拿奖？

中国一些地方政府设立“蜗牛奖”以整治“躺平”官员。此举引发争议，支持者认为奖项可以有效督促官员，改进工作作风。反对者则担忧适得其反，打击积极性，甚至导致不公平指责和表面功夫，影响工作的质量。与其公开批评，不如改善制度，例如简化流程、提高透明度等，并设立奖励机制表扬员工，才能真正提升效率。
