1）新加坡龙年预算案，红包有多少？

2024年财政预算案新鲜出炉。

生活费一直上涨、消费税还上调，压到大家都喘不过气。为了帮大家减轻一点负担，政府会通过定心与援助配套拨出总值19亿元的援助。

预算案提到的援助配套和新措施包括每户新加坡家庭会再获得社区发展理事会邻里购物券，6月会先拿到300元，明年1月再拿300元。另外，每个年满40岁的新加坡人会在今年5月获得另外4000元的技能创前程培训补助。

从2025年起，年满55岁公积金会员的特别户头将关闭，户头内的存款会转到退休户头，存足全额存款，其他剩余特别户头储蓄则会转移到普通户头。

2）为什么新加坡政府会误收消费税？

过去五年，新加坡政府向公众和企业误收了总值750万元的消费税。误收的六个机构包括建屋发展局、陆路交通管理局、新加坡食品局、房地产代理理事会、公共监护人办公室 和市区重建局。

政府只会针对非监管类手续收取消费税，但以上的六个机构为一些监管类手续也误收了消费税。每一笔交易误收的金额，最少七角，最多1500元，大多不超过五元，每年误收的金额加起来大约150万元。

政府会主动归还误收的钱，从3月起开始办理退款，款项包括每年5%的利息。

3）中国龙是Dragon还是Loong？

中国官方媒体在今年的春节报道中，开始用“The Year of the Loong”来形容龙年，理由是Dragon指的是西方的龙，Loong才是指中国的龙，所以龙年应该叫“Loong year”而不是“Dragon year”。

用了那么多年的Dragon，为什么突然要改呢？原来，在中国人的眼里，

中国的龙威武神气，也是吉祥如意的象征，而西方的龙通常是反派角色，被视为邪恶的象征，所以他们觉得把中国的龙翻译成Dragon是错的。
