政府派发的100元文化通行证推出一年以来，一共有140万人注册，41万1000人使用，但是这个表现是好还是不好？2025年满18岁及以上的新加坡公民总数是约300万人，约46.7%为已注册人数，而已部分或全部使用的占有资格领取文化通行证人数14%。换句话说，每100个合资格的人里面，只有14人用了新加坡文化通行证。另外86个人还没有领取或没有用。看来新加坡人在文化艺术方面还需要加把劲。
