1）捡榴梿的刑罚比偷榴梿更严重？

新加坡迎来榴梿季，实龙岗罗弄榴梿（Lorong Lew Lian）一带的13棵榴梿树大丰收。附近居民告诉《联合早报》，过去一两周已有约30颗榴梿陆续掉落，几乎全数被捡走。根据新加坡法律，所有种植在国有土地上的树木及其果实均归国家所有，多数树木由国家公园局管理。未经许可在公共公园采摘或收集果实，最高可被罚款5000元；若在自然保护区或国家公园内违例，最高可被罚款5万元，或监禁最长六个月，或两者兼施。另外，曾有一名男子到榴梿摊偷走12个榴梿，被判监禁一天和罚款1200元。

2）ERP 2能直接捉你超速？

新加坡将于2027年1月全面启用新一代无闸门公路电子收费系统（ERP 2），以全球导航卫星系统取代现有的电子收费闸门。到时，驾驶者在驶近收费区前，将通过智能行车器（On-Board Unit，简称OBU）的显示屏收到提示。陆路交通管理局6月1日起展开第二阶段测试，邀请1000名驾驶者实测OBU的功能，并对不同收费区的路面标识和指示牌设计提出反馈。

近期有国会议员询问，ERP 2是否能用来监测学校区和乐龄安全区的车速。交通部代部长兼财政部高级政务部长萧振祥坦言，ERP 2还可用于执法，包括取缔超速等违例行为，但仍需对系统做进一步的改进。交通部和内政部正在研究实施细节。

3）印度考题外泄，关Telegram什么事？

印度全国医学入学资格考试（National Eligibility cum Entrance Test，简称NEET）今年5月因考题泄露而被迫取消，逾200万名考生受影响。当局已将重考日期定于6月21日。为防补考重蹈覆辙，印度教育部在6月16日宣布，即日起暂时封锁即时通讯应用Telegram，期限至6月22日。Telegram创办人则批评这个禁令惩罚了超过1.5亿的印度普通用户。事件再次引发全球关于平台责任与网络自由边界的讨论。
