今年8月，由副总理兼贸工部长颜金勇领导的新加坡经济韧性工作组（Singapore Economic Resilience Taskforce，简称SERT）成立五个新委员会，展开经济策略检讨。委员会将针对全球竞争力、科技创新、创业、人力资源，以及如何应对经济转型和重组的冲击提出建议。

许宝琨是人力资源委员会的联合主席。在节目中，他讲述医生如何运用AI改善与病患的沟通、提高记录准确度，但强调AI再强大，也不能取代临床经验。

洪雍华则分享AI招聘助理如何大幅提升招聘效率，让人力资源人员有更多时间与求职者深入交流。她强调，AI无法建立团队或理解跨文化沟通，这些软技能依然是职场竞争力的关键。

两位嘉宾鼓励上班族善用AI提升生产力，勇敢学习新技能，不要因畏惧而错失机遇。
