Theresa Thorsen is a Cree-Métis from Muskoday First Nation located within Treaty Six territory.  Nurtured by the stories passed down from her mom, Elder Bente Huntley, Theresa continues her lineage by stepping into her role as a storyteller. Throughout her life, and as the Indigenous Perspectives Consultant with Saskatchewan Rivers Public School Division, Theresa has had the privilege of learning alongside numerous Elders and Knowledge Keepers. Over her twenty years in Education, she has sought to honour their teachings by integrating Indigenous Worldview into the public education system.
