There’s a crop of upcoming restaurants ready to reshape the dining landscape. Opening Sunday, there’s TideHouse Waterfront Restaurant in Stuart. In West Palm, SASSAFRAS will offer Southern concept cuisine starting in mid-November and HIGH DIVE, a seafood-focused restaurant is expected to debut in mid-December at Rosemary Square. Then there’s FARMER’S TABLE -- an offshoot of the popular, health-minded cafe in Boca, that will open at the North Palm Beach County Club in early December. In Gardens, expect to see STAGE -- which will serve modern small-plates with Indian flavors; SCUSI TRATTORIA, offering Amalfi Coast-inspired cuisine and VOODOO BAYOU, a Southern Cajun restaurant.
