A 20-year-old woman is facing an attempted murder charge after an altercation Saturday in which she shot a man and cut his throat. A judge has ordered that Amber Rose RIZZ-wan be held in the Palm Beach County Jail without bail. A sheriff’s report indicates the incident took place in or near Lake Worth Beach. RIZZ-wan told authorities she acted out of self-defense, fearing that the man was about to shoot her. The victim, who risks losing an eye from the attack, said he noticed his gun missing and asked RIZZ-wan if she took it. He said she shot him and cut him in the throat. A witness told investigators that RIZZ-wan cut him again, this time in the street, after he fled from the apartment.
