A Palm Beach County judge under fire for her conduct in office wants her accusers investigated, alleging they broke confidentiality laws. Marni Bryson wants to know how an attorney who questioned her in a child-custody lawsuit knew of a complaint the county’s former chief judge had filed against her. Those complaints are not to be made public until formal charges are filed. Bryson’s attorneys allege Chief Judge Krista Marx was the source of the information. Marx denied the charge. A judicial review that found Bryson violated the standards of her office could force her to leave the bench.
