A 29-year-old man was arrested this week in a Lake Worth Beach hit-and-run crash that killed a 39-year-old pedestrian. Chrystal Click was hit on the 600 block of North Dixie Highway, just north of Lake Avenue just before midnight on Feb. 15. Dylan Levin is charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving a death and is being held at the Palm Beach County jail on $25,000 bail, according to court records.
