A lakefront estate on Billionaires Row about a half-mile south of Mar-a-Lago has been sold for $40.7 million — the second Palm Beach sale within a month to top the $40 million mark. The five-bedroom Italian-style house, built in 2016, changed hands in 2017 for $31.6 million, a deal that also included the furnishings. A Delaware-registered company bought the house, according to the deed, but because of Delaware’s strict corporate privacy laws, no other information about the buyer was immediately available.
