A retail store that has been a downtown Delray Beach fixture for 87 years will close its doors in June. Hand’s Art Supply survived the coronavirus pandemic but has struggled as shoppers have switched to online purchases. East Atlantic Avenue also is changing, said David Cook, who has managed the store for 15 years. Bars and restaurants have filled the blocks, making parking in the neighborhood difficult, Cook said.
